Meet Coach Q, a native of Washington DC, who transitioned from collegiate basketball to becoming an esteemed trainer back in 2018. Over the past few years, he has refined his training methods under the guidance/mentorship of NBA/NFL professional trainer Justin Allen in Houston, Texas. Coach Q is known for his tough love approach when it comes to training and puts a huge emphasis of the "95% rule", which is a rule that focuses on the fact that 95% of the game of basketball is played without the ball in your hands. Coach Q's focus on enhancing players' basketball IQ through film study, play breakdown and read-and-react techniques makes him a great choice for any athlete seeking to take their game to the next level.
